1986 Ford Ranger Mods?

I love My Ranger wondering what performance mods I could do to it? Never owned a ranger and would like some guidance and help. Please anything helps

Electric Fan on rad and removal of belt driven fan, frees up horse power and increases MPG, one of the few things that can do both, it is not much but ain't 0 either.
