Could be a leak in the Fuel Pressure Regulator(FPR)

There are 2 fuel lines coming into the engine bay
IN from Filter/Pump
OUT back to gas tank

FPR has the OUT hose connected.............and a vacuum hose
If the FPR leaks, fuel is sucked into the engine via that vacuum hose, causing Rich running of course but can cause several other codes
So simply check that vacuum hose for gasoline, if found replace FPR, if clean and dry then that's not your problem

its a new fpr... no fuel coming out of it.

Hows the vacuum hose running to the FPR? Any leaks?

And when you say "bad" gas mileage...whats it getting? 19-20 is pretty normal. But some people think "its a tiny V6 it should get 25-30"

Then its most likely a computer issue

You can pull out current, or look at the old, spark plug tips to see the Rich running, if its seen on all the spark plugs then its not just one leaking injector
If only one side's spark plugs show Rich running then could be a leaking injector on that side(its batch fire injection)
