Can anyone look at this picture and tell me what this is, spliced into my wiring harness ?

Also, the following pictures show a wire hooked up by the a/c and going around on the back of the firewall over to the drivers side fender well to a relay, anyone know what, and why?

You have a dealer installed a/c system (not factory) the wireing and realy control the clutch coil.

I agree with SMTGREG. It looks like wiring for an aftermarket or dealer installed A/C system.
