1985 Ranger 2wd alignment bushings?

worked on mine too.

That's a nice looking truck. Clean first-gens just look better and better with every passing year.

Smart move on having the tow company number on hand. Good luck on the auction, and on getting it home!

Turns out I'm too cheap to take a risk buying a boat/motor/trailer with an unknown condition motor and two flat/ripped tires. lol

For sure!!

Yep. Boat stands for "Break Out Another Thousand", and that's if you know the boat. An unknown is even worse.

John boats aren't that bad thous as long as the trailer is in good shape. Those small motors are relatively cheap and easy to work on or replace. The boats themselves don't have a lot to mess up, there are usually a few pieces of wood that can rot, but they are pretty easy to access and replace.

sniff around there....
2wd and 4wd bushings r different I was told by spc. and the most adjustment they sell for 1st gen rangers is 2 1/4 degree. Plus or minus. I just bought those for my bronco ii 2wd and there like 65 a piece. I'm pretty sure ranger ones are similar price as well.

Summit has bottom 1 for half the price. If your going to buy adjusters u mind as well put the ones with the most adjustment in my opinion .

This wasn't a small jon or small motor. Had a 40hp tiller steer Johnson 2 stroke, welded hull and not a single piece of wood inside which is a must for me. I'm looking to buy and/or build something that will run in 4" of water. Jet drive preferably.

I still can't wrap my head around the prices of these bushings, but then again I went to buy eggs yesterday and they were $13 an 18 pack..

Thanks for the links and suggestions everyone! I'm weighing my options and would still like to convert to 2nd gen beams/brakes if I can find a cheap set close enough to home.
