1983 ranger diesel 5 speed

Hi there I recently put a 2.2 diesel in my smurai and was wondering if anyone new of a 5 speed I can put behind it to get a better top end? please let me know thanks. And FYI if you are doing a swap to a four wheel drive the tranfer case in the samurai will give greater power at freeway speeds.

the stock tranny is probably a TK4, and the bell might swap to a TK5 to get you an overdrive
