1963 mercury m-250

it is mostly surface rust haha. bed floor used to be wood. now its soil and theres a hole in the floor around the pedals but if what i remember is right did they not use a wooden access panel there? the seats not even ripped. so the interior is staying the way its meant to be. just paint and whatever it needs to run and drive then its finished

does anyone know what these trucks go for normally? who wants to guess what she got this for?

I dunno keep the hole there for emergency brakes fred flintstone style. You cant even find any fords that year in the boneyard I am pretty sure the part store wouldn`t have much info either. Ebay has alot of oldr stuff and those older trucks are so simple to work on once you get to know how to break the bolt loose without breaking them hopefully the third member and front end are tite you could probably bastardize the engine and tranny with no problem but hopefully not.

floors are either gonna come from lmc or im just gonna make them its a small hole all under the seat is still solid and painted. played a little bit of musical cars today so the trucks ina car shelter now and my ranger has been scrapped. rip

well we got it running today mostly her i just pointed at thigs and said what to do. she changed the plugs cap rotor condensor and wires. then i jumped a wire from the battery to the coil and starter solidnoid while she sprayed the carb with brake clean and it started right up like it was brand new

nice find.i had one of the unitised ones about 20 years ago, just came across another thats on the backburner for a future project but it's really rough.a buddy with a boneyard here has a couple of early 60's 3tons hanging around, most cab stuff is the same.if theres something you need i could take a look to see whats still there.
