I looking at putting 15" 4x4 ranger rims on my 4x2 1998 standard ranger that came with 14". Will they fit without any issues?

You should run into no problems. I put 2005 FX4 16-inch rims on my 93 that was originally equipped with 14-inchers

Sure, it should fit no problem. I put 99 4x4 wheels on my 84 with no problem. IIRC all of the 4x2 Rangers had a smaller hub than the 4x4, so any 4wd Ranger wheel should fit. Personally I find it crazy that they still came with 14s as late as 98.

Hell I ran 2 different styles of 4x4 Ranger wheels on an 96 Probe, it came with one set (worn out tires) and I had the other laying around (brand new tires).

looking for the 15 inch 1989--93 OUTLAW Rims

I need 5 with hub caps there the ones with the small holes

Yeah, the factory 15's will fit a 2wd no problem, so long as you don't go too large on tire size. My 95 2wd came with 15's and 235/75-15 on it. Tires were too large for the gearing, but they cleared fine. Smaller OD tires cured the issue.
The 14's from a 2wd will not fit over the front hub or brakes on a 4wd, though They will work for the rear, in a pinch. I've had to use my 14" spare on my daughter's B2 a couple times......
