I know its not the *stronger* T-case between the 1354e/1354m and the 1350m. But Im not doing any serious crazy offroading. So Im OK with that. And it will give me a more reliable platform instead of the electric push button junk:thefinger:

Now that that's out of the way, Questions On Front drive Shaft(s):icon_thumby:

Just to confirm
Swapping out the 1354e from a 93 Ranger X-cab 3.0 5spd.
donor truck. 89 Ford Bronco II 2.9, 5spd

When going from a 1354e to a 1350m The rear shaft will bolt rite up.If the out put flange is different the rear can be swapped.

(2 part question)

Front Can NOT be swapped-
There for I have to get the front drive shaft from the BII as well. It may have to be shortened 1".

2nd part-
If I lifted the truc 2"s would this take care of having to shorten the drive shaft?

Thanks for the help guy's!:icon_bounceblue: Once these get answered Ill buy the parts on Monday and undertake the project this week.
