1354 Input Seal Help

I have a 1354 transfer case that I was going to use to replace my 1350 when I switch from A4LD to manual. I took the input shaft seal off (lost it)and was going to replace it but I can't find a replacement seal. The seal I took out had a flange on it and all the ones I get to replace it have no flange and are too small. I've been to NAPA, Auto Zone and 2 Adavance stores. Haven't been to the Ford dealer because the guys there are lucky to find their way to work everyday. Have any of you guys ever run into this problem?

The tag on the transfer case has
K2492 1354-04

go to a junkyard and pull a seal from another 1354, bring that to autozone and they should be able to cross reference the part number from the old seal. If they can't, grab a seal that looks in good shape from the junkyard and just reuse it...
