10'' drum to 9'' swap??

I will tell you right now I would keep the brakes that came with the new rear end before I would pull the axles to change the backing plates.

I would not want to make it more complicated over $100 worth of parts...

Thanks again guys for all the input! Swapped axles today, the 10'' brakes had good pad and the parking brake cables were good so after all that i just went with the 10'' brakes. I did have to go to a junkyard to find the parking brake part that connects the 2 cables together since the newer rear end cables attached different. I also had to make the center holes on the rims a hair bigger to slide over the axle. mother then that it went well. You guys rule for advice!
