I'd keep the 4.0 in itStill has the stock 4.0. At some point I'll probably go to a 5.3 or 6.0, but we'll see. The atlas makes up for the lack of a v8
The Jeep probably doesnt weigh enough for those tires....a little too much "floatation over terrain" effect....maybe try some narrow (like say 10.50") aggressive tread tires (like mudders) that will "dig in for traction" effect more.Took it out for the first time and melted the shifter cable. Ordered a replacement that afternoon, just waiting on some heat shielding and it'll go back in

I need to lower the tire pressure I think. The pitbulls are just awful, they don't hook up at all, but it's hard to go from sticky treps to a DOT tire too.
