Thats the same problem I ran into with mine. I ended up settling on a 100" wheelbase. It seems to work well but I still wish it was about 6" longer.
 
Yeah not sure where I am going right now. IF I wanted it stupid tall it wouldn't be a problem but keeping it low and flexy with 4d's is difficult lol.

id say the 40's he mentioned a few posts up, its gunna be nice but i know what your saying the 97 inch wheelbase is pretty short

I think the more and more I work on it the more and more I get unmotivated.

I did get my brake pedal assembly installed and the booster/master along with the gas pedal. Built a bracket to adapt a later model column, just need to get one.


I am picking up some fox air shocks for the front next week though.
 
Yeah the 18" travel ones. Gonna be long but for $300 on the pair I don't want to pass them up.
 
Fawk ya, good price!! If you change you mind, let me know I may want them for the rear of mine.....
 
Hey I know this is kinda late, but do you have any pics of the body mounts you had on when you had the ranger cab on it?
