Interesting air filter.

Looks like it's ready to put a match to it.lol

How'd you connect your cut radiator hoses? I used aluminum tubing (1/16" wall) and it eventually started leaking. I ended up making a bead crimping tool out of a pair of electrical crimpers from Harbor Freight. I heated the tubing and crimped beads in both ends, then sanded the beads super smooth. No leaks since..

The sleeve went in pretty snuggly.i ll be real surprised it leaks

Those couplers should work flawlessly. Very nice looking pieces for the price. Saved to my watch list.. ;)

Finished making my bracket for my air intake today.a little tricky but I think it'll work.

Where did you find those fuel line adapters? Those would have saved me some hassle a few times.

I have a Crown Vic engine in my truck, had the same thing going on with the heater hoses except one went straight down into the intake on the front through the coolant temp sensor nipple and the other had that ridiculous metal mess under the intake. I eliminated that part and just ran it straight to the water pump.

I didn't want to use 5' of heater core hoses if I could help it.so I modified coolant tube.and thats what I came up with.
