#1 cylinder wet with fuel

i did a timing check on my 2.9l bronco ii timing is in check i took #1 spark plug out was soaked with fuel the rest was light brown i went further did a compression check i got no pressure from #1 #2-#6 was reading about 110-130 just wondering if its a head gasket or pistons rings i an not losing coolant but am going through a quart of oil every 2 weeks if any of you have any answers to my problems please let me know it also smokes a lot when i drive it them a little after it warms up
 
it was a dry test i have reading about pouring a little oil down in piston and recheck will do that monday
