This has been a slow project that i hope to finish, and before i forget i got this truck from a member on scale4x4rc.com

you might want to use RPM parts in place of the traxxas parts. I can't tell you how many traxxas parts I've shattered from just driving in the yard. That, or go aluminum if you plan to get serious with this thing.

I have rpm steering knuckles for when these give out. As soon as i can get some more parts i plan on working on this beast again.

I think the body came from toys r us, kb toys had a similar version aswell.

how big is 1/6 scale. how many inches is the body?

Im still trying to get the 4 link set up worked out, its close but i think i can get it closer.

thats pretty good sized. should make working on it a bit easier and playing with it a heck of a lot more fun.

The only thing i dont like about the size is the power requirments. For now i will be running on a 7.2v 6 cell battery, a single 27 turn motor and a lot of gear reduction. In the future i will run on 3s lipo which is 11 volts and around 4000mah or more, but for now it will still be fun.

Is this going to be lifted or lowered?
I've had mine for about 3 years and only took the body off and laid it on the ground and put some dub city rims from their larger RC excision under it...
Here a pic...

I'd like to build a frame and adjustable
Suspension to look just like my real truck Bu don't know where to start or get the parts to make the parts...lol
Here's my real truck I want to clone
