07 Ranger question

I have an 07 ranger 4x4 sport, i just got it used with 18,000 km, ive been hearing things about that the 07 has major problems with noises coming from the steering system? suspension and ford has been considering a recall...are these rumours true?

First i've heard of anything like that and I work for a Ford dealership....

And the front suspension/steering has been the same since 98 right through to 09 without any recalls.

There is a tsb for inner tie rods on 07 Rangers. Had a clunk in my steering on a slow turn. Dealer replaced inner tie rods, noise went away for a couple months, now it`s back again.
