07 Ranger Cruise Control?

Have searched and found nothing applicable. Is it possible to add a factory cruise control to my truck?

Any data / part numbers / instructions / links greatly appreciated, thanks.

I don't know about Rangers, mine all had factory cruise, but last year I bought a used 2004 Focus. The dealer said factory cruise would be about $1100.
I went to the local stereo/ricer shop and had it done for $400, although it does not look like the factory unit on the steering wheel. They added another stalk on the steering column instead, which I'll live with to save $700.

If you found a wrecked donor truck you could probably do it, the buttons in the steering wheel may or may not be added (I don't know for sure) without replacing the wheel, then unknown clock spring wiring. The rest will probably bolt on...

Cruise Control Recall - F-150 Trucks, Expeditions, Lincoln Navigators & Broncos

Ford is asking owners to take affected trucks and cars to a Ford dealership, where the cruise control parts will be either repaired or deactivated until parts are available to fix the problem. Cars can be repaired now. Truck parts should be available in June, 2008.

More models have been added to the recall list and some owners haven't responded to recall notices, leaving about 5 million vehicles at risk of fire.
