'07 Ranger & B2300 headlights different?

I know that they're essentially the same truck with different grilles, but I'm looking at pictures of headlights and they look like they're the same shape but they're obviously different. I'm also looking at buying ranger headlights for my B2300 and see that the B2300 isn't listed as a compatible vehicles.

Correct, the Ranger and B-Series always used different heads, turn/side-markers and tails. If you noticed, the 93-97 Ranger and 98-09 B-Series were similar, and the 94-97 B-Series and 01-11 Ranger were similar, but not as much. And Ranger Tails were the same 83-88, 89-92, 93-97, 98-99, 00, 01-05, 06-11, B-Seres tails were the same 94-00 and 01-09. But like was mentioned, are NOT interchangeable.

humbug! there are some nice aftermarket headlights for the ranger but none for the B2300. Thanks for the info guys.

are you saying for the body? or for the whole truck in general? I thought the B series trucks are just a copy of the ranger with a different face/grill.

I also see that the ranger westin bull bar will not fit either.

like lights/grilles, any thing thats for looks/style. obviously lift/drop kits, fender flares, and anything drivetrain related thats designed for the ranger will work on the b series.
