Either a 3" body lift or 4" suspension lift. Turning up the torsion bars just by themselves will only let you fit a narrow 33" like a 33x10.50-15 or 285/75-16. To fit a wider 33x12.50-15 or 305/70-16 you will need a real lift of some sort.
I have turned the bars on one Ranger and one Sport Trac and put a lot of miles on each without a problem. The ball joints tend to be short-lived regardless.

They will bolt on, turning and rubbing when flexing a little is a different story. There was a guy running 33x13.50-15 LTB's on a 98 4x4 on here somewhere. All he did was a t-bar crank, atleast that's what he claimed.
Bodylifts are the same for '98-up. Some companies just don't update their fitment info every year. Thanks for the feedback, I just cant find any 07 body lifts for my ranger on any of those sites listed...does anyone know where i could find one for an 07? Also will i need a steering/shift extension?
