06-09 Light Bar

Hey All,

I was wondering if anyone bought or made a light bar for thier 06-09 ranger yet? I am going to make one for my '09 tomorrow i was post pic's when its all done.

a light bar for where? the bed to put the lights at the top of the cab in the back? one that mounts to the top of the cab? one for the front bumper? need more description of what youre making

The light bar I am going to build is for on the front bumper, I want to leave my stock bumper on the truck. I going to mount 3 KC HID's on it, sorry I can't post any pics of light bars on other trucks becuase I am posting from my phone right now. I wanted to see if any had pic's of ones they made or bought.

Neat design and THANK YOU for thinking outside of the box!!! I was totally expecting one of those gay 'prerunner' light bars on it! I like what you did. Now paint that thing!! lol.

How's it mounted to the crossmember? To the factory towhook mounts?

Thanks Guys, I mounted the light bar to the front of the frame rails. I didn't have have holes in frame for tow hooks so i drilled one hole and welded a tab on the bottom of rail. I used 4 1/2" bolts to mount it, here are some more pics of. I had it powder coated and made a ballast mount also. enjoy. by the way i am pulling the blue fog lights out of the bumper i am digging them any more

Guys...sorry I hurt you're guys feelings a little bit...I just have a big distaste for 'em. Nothing like very overpriced item to mount lights onto. Just my personal opinion...you like 'em...i don't....the world is happy. haha.
