i need to find the hazard flasher location on my 04 ranger. i looked all throught the owners manual and couldnt find anything. i didnt seem to find anything that looks like this 18 dollar flasher unit i have either.

It is a relay mounted under the driverside of the dash just to the left of the steering column.

is it behind the kick panel or just underneath the dash. i couldnt really see anything under there. didnt see any fuse panel underneath there either. just the one on the passengers side.

Under the dash, to the left of the steering column. It will just be a relay plugged into a harness, there will be a few other relays with it as well. The flasher relay is the blue one.
