04 Edge Throwing Misfire Codes

I've replaced plugs, plug wires, fuel filter, and coil pack. I've also tested the maf sensor, idle air control valve and fuel pump. All are working correctly. I've also checked for vacuum leaks around the intake manifold and the vacuum lines and found nothing. I'm still getting rough idle after vehicle is warm and getting PO300, 306 and 316 codes. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Runs good cept after warmed up at idle

Almost feels like it's flooding after it idles at a stop light to long

If it's running rich it will show up in the color of the sparkplugs. They'll be black with carbon. I'd do a compression test as that could set a misfire code if the compression is not good in one or two cylinders.

i had an issues with a mis fire at idle caused by an air leak at the fuel injectors. hope that will help you
