thats what i have to be put on this summer.
i have finals coming up so i have to worry about that shit
but in 2 weeks im going to start ordering parts and looking out for a covered garage to work in .
got some tools .
not enough probably .
so it should be a great learning experience any tips yall have feel free to lay em on me. ill keep yall updated on the progress

Well nice clean slate to start working with, where you heading with it?
Dave

looks like a good start...looks like we have the same cap but mine's black check out my profile for the pic..

i was trying to spend as much deemed necessary.
thinking about a 5in suspension lift...

also the rims/tires came off an older bronco with 5.5in, 5 lugs as where mine are 5......
so i need to purchase some lug adapters.

my main concern is just tools lol, im currently living in a fraternity house (no garage) if you couldnt tell by the pictures.

but yeah no rush just doing my research first, you know measure twice and cut once.

also on a side note i live in lafayette louisiana where we are about 10 feet above sea level,
so trail ridin/ rock crawling are not on my list of necessities.
Just looking for a taller than stock truck that wont get stuck in wet grass like my toyota.
so just something i can have a little fun in the mud with you know.

I recommend a set of wheels with impellers welded to them and some sort of rig up that allows you to connect about 4 55 gallon drums to the sides of the truck. Amphibious Ranger, in case of Katrina repeat.
