03 ranger pulsing brakes not rotor

my brakes are definitely pulsing when applied. it's more severe at higher speeds. i don't feel the pulsing in the brake pedal itself, but more in the form of the truck itself pulsating. this problems occurred about a year ago and i was told the rotors were warped. new brakes and rotors were put on in front. now it's happening again. took it back and was told the brakes and rotors are fine. the ABS are acting weird too. seem to be coming on when they shouldn't. any help would be greatly appreciated.

are you sure your tires just arent out of balance? i have no weights on my 32" muds and my truck shakes a bit on the freeway.

have you checked the rear brake drums?

i've gotten warped rotors right out of the box before. who checked them and how?
