03 Ranger Brakes

Purchased a 03 Ranger two weeks ago from the dealer and noticed recently the brakes sqeek from time to time, is this normal or something that needs to be checked. No grinding and brakes work solid.

its normal if its first thing in the morning or on a really cold day, if it bothers you try a set of real brake pads, oem ford, monroe or akebono, stay away from raybestos or the motorcraft versions
