how many miles will timing chanes last the one in back of motor worries me any ideas or thoughts

That is a million dollar question, I have seen lots of 4.0's with over 300,000km with the original timing chain. And I have seen others quit at fairly low mileage. All you can do is keep up on your oil changes.

Yeah, that isn't a question that can be answered with any reliability.

The issues Mitch is talking about are actually caused by the tensioners and not the chains themselves. The reason timing chains are so popular with manufacturers these days is because chains should not wear out and break like belts did.

If you are really worried but have no noise go get new tensioners and intake gaskets. The front one is easy to get at, the rear one is under the intake.
