03 fog lights

so i bought my 03 and it didnt come with fog lights. so i just went ahead and ordered a whole new bumper,valence,brackets and lights. my bumper was starting to rust through the chrome anyway so win win. while i was looking for switched power behind my dash when i installed my boost gauge i noticed i had what i believe to be the plug for fog lights behind my radio bezel. it was in the right location (my buddys has them so i checked where his button was).

so if thats the case would i have the full wiring set up tucked away somewhere? i looked under the front end but only saw the abs pigtails. are they hidden away on the frame rails or am i going to have to make my own harness? i would like to use the factory button if i can so if i need to make my own harness i can always start splicing wires

I don't know about 03, but usually if the wiring is there you will find the OEM wiring tucked up somewhere around where the fog lights would be.
