03 2.3 with po171 code

so here's what ive done so far..the day i bought the truck i did new wires plugs and coil...8mm wires from summit.. iridium plugs new coil pack.. i have put on a glasspack right after the cat dumped right now no tail pipe and i made a cold air intake using the stock mass air flow sensor and sensor mount section of the stock intake..everything was working fine then just the other day that stupid plug in the front of the intake manifold popped out so i JB welded it back inplace..all the other codes have gone away..but i cant get rid of the po171 code..i have checked fuel pressure with the truck running...64-66 psi truck only runs a little rough at idle and the needle on the gauge does then move/ bounce a little..i also hooked a vacuum gauge up to the vacuum line to the brake booster and got 20 steady on the gauge..if the truck didn't run just a little rough at idle and throw the code id never notice a problem..how do i get rid of this code im over due for inspection now....
