02' 2.3L Test Drive


184,xxx as of today on my 2005 2.3 5spd. Fluids, filters, plugs & wires at 90,xxx is about all its needed. Uses virtually no oil, have never had to add any between changes. That motor is happiest with tires that are near stock size, 225/70-15 with 3.73 gears in my case. Going to 245/70-16 tires on quite heavy aluminum wheels took a lot of the pep away from the motor, while only increasing the MPG by about 1 on the hiway.
