where is a good place to buy front and rear pre runner style fiberglass fenders for a 2000 ranger? i live in ohio so shipping cost im sure will be alot too :( also any ideas on a front pre runner bumper? im assuming it wouldbe easier and cheaper to build my own

Glassworks unlimited, hannaman, trailer products, and pieres fiber and glass are good palces to look for new ones. if your lookin used look at race-dezert.com in the classifideds, and dezertrangers. And yes it would be much cheaper if you can build your own bumper

cool thanks for the info guys. them ones on ebay look good and he guarantees them but the shipping to ohio is 161.00 through ups. but im thinking thats gonna be about the cost from anyone

i just picked up a pair to start my pre runner build so i'll let ya know how they hold up. most places are about 400 for new fenders tho so even with shipping your still gettin a good deal.

Im pretty sure those are the fenders my friend has on his 99. they actully match up nice to the hood and hold up really well! the guy that put them on for him said he really didnt have to do any major massaging to get them to fit nice. i think you will really like them

awesome! im lookin at startin to tear down my truck in the next couple weeks. im doin the equal lenght kit from dave and threat. im really excited. just waiting for all the parts to get here for everything else.

I got mine from fiberwerx, they held up really good until I caught a tree in a tight trail and even after that I just picked up the peices and glassed it back together when I got home, if I can remember correctly I paid about $1400cdn when the dolar was close to equal and they were shipped to newfoundland, canada. My backyard stops at the atlantic ocean so they had to go from as far west to as far east as possible and cross the border I didnt think the shipping was that bad and they have alot of options for fenders and boxsides. I know that glassworks unlimited makes a really good product as well

jim oaks has some for sale doesnt he?look up the thread.........i think he lives in your neck of the woods also.........

Damn it! how did you figure out my new way of makin money?! I swear these hippies in flag are buyin this stuff like CRAZY :D.

Na i got to talkin to Dave at Threat and he has screamin deals on equal lengh kits. yeah i know im bein a bit of a hypocrite but money talks lol. yeah its not really the winter thats makin me snowball, its the fact i live 200 mile away from where my ranger is and i have tons of time to look at things, check the savings account and then possibly buy it lol.

If i bought a unequal lengh beam kit used or anywhere else new it would cost me more than buying Daves kit w/ coilovers. let alone dave stated some desert racing facts about the ranger spindles about how the bearings dont last long and it would cost a arm and a leg to get upgraded spindles made that could handle the punishment. I figured i might as well get it all at once (other than the swing set steering for now)

I did get a new idea off that hair commercial. lets make some tires with 0 death crystals! and what the hell is trans fat??
