00' Mazda b4000 v6 4.0L RWD issues.. help if you can

so i bought a mazda b4000 etc.. about a month ago. it has 129 000 KM on it and i'm having some issues. first of all there is most def. a problem with the rear drive train because the whole bed of the truck shakes along with the passenger seat, shifter knob and driver seat. I have replaced both u-Joints, new ball joints and shocks on the front. still to no avail it seems to slightly wag its tail at highway speeds. suspicion that its the rear axle because i feel it at speeds such at 20k or less. Also when i try to start it, it hesitates for a few seconds and sometimes it takes another try to start it. new fuel filter has been added and just put 6 new spark plugs and performance wires. still hesitates. any advice? possibly? it would be greatly appreciated.
