I have to say lately I have been loving to shoot my Savage .17hmr. It is a hoot, I can put 5 rounds in a nickle a 100 yards.
I'm sure when I finish the long range rifle it will be the top pick and AR's will be the flavor of the month from time to time but that little .17 is just fun right now.

i love shooting my savage 300wsm with the accutrigger can shoot a group of 3 the size of a quarter out to 600 yrds it is one acurate rifle and then on days that i can afford ammo for the 50 cal i take that out with the friends and have some fun now that thing is acurate enough to shoot pop cans out to 1500 yrds and its a blast to feel that recoil but surprizingly it doesnt have as much recoil as i first expected but im pretty sure that has to do with the recoil pad and muzle break

My son's M-4 Airsoft is a BLAST!! It's got the actual weight and feel of a real M-4. I can step out in the back yard and plunk with it or put it on full auto and really have some fun!!

I have been thinking about the Umarex copy of the HK MP5SD in .22, looks like a blast. Abuddy got the HK 416 in .22 to match his civilian 416 in 5.56 and loves to shoot it.

Mosin FTW!
Ditto. My mosin is an absolute blast to shoot, and you can do some serious damage in a hurry. I'm a big fan of ultra rugged super-simple guns...that's why I like the mosin. Plus I love taking it deer hunting and doing alright for myself when everyone else in the group is carrying around their expensive polymer wonders. :icon_thumby:

I just like plinking with my 22s all day and spending a grand total of 20 bucks. When we take my buddies AR out we shoot like over 100 bucks worth of ammo

Airsoft is a blast too, you get to shoot people and not get thrown in the hooscow. Good practice too. I have almost as many of them as real weapons.

A MK19 is fun to shoot, a murderous device, but it sucks balls to own. I had that and an M2 and had to give one to another gun--I kept the M2.

I like shooting my break-barrel pellet rifle. I have a 100yd range outside of my kitchen window. I get a couple good strings of fire in per day.
