Nice ride! I like how the front axle looks, I am thinking about doin the same thing to my 91. Also putting my 68 302 in it,I hope it turns out as nice as yours.
One step closer... now if only my housings would get done!
Got both sides of the frame cleaned off and ready to be plated. I'm plating the outside vs. the inside because I'm gonna need all the room I can get for my 6.0L swap.
Trimmed the rear fenders, gonna be able to stuff 40's without rubbing at the same overall height I had it at on 37's. Gonna run a 4.5" surface mount flexiflare like semi's with super singles up front usually run.
Oh, and this and a matching 14bolt also trussed/disk'd made its way into the barn... for my old mans project. Bought a parted out rig, and we're basically putting it back together. Got the whole shell/cage for $800 and the axles for $3700.
It's former glory...

It'd be black on top, not the greyish color I managed to get it photoshopped...

Nope, and it'll probably stay that way for a while, or atleast until I get some fiberglass bedsides....
I'll be running a 96' (5.61 first gear w/internal slave) NV4500, to a NP241 transfer case, eventually doubled to an NP205.

Andrew... you have been overcome by the Rock Crawling sickness. It will drain you of all of your time and money and make you pull your hair out! You should put it back together the way it was and I will take the 6.0 and all the other goodies off of your hands. Its part of the therapy, you will thank me in the end! 
Maybe... But I've gotta start what I finished! I do have a spare 4.8L sittin here though....
