you're gonna love those tires i had the exact same ones on my ranger. mine were on an 8" rim though.. i see now i shoulda gone with 10". i shouldant have gotten rid of them when i scrapped the truck gonna be buying another set for the new sj

You have a very nice looking ride! I know the feeling painting outside with wind and bugs.. I fought them painting mine.

It was tough, but for the most part picking the right days and being patient helped a lot. To be honest, the worst spot is where some grass got blown up onto one of the lower spots on the bed, other than that any bugs that landed on it didn't do much damage. We had minimal buffing to do !

It was between those, the Goodyear Wranglers with Kevlar, and the BF Mud terrains. I felt for the price what I got was the best choice, both of the other options were a few hundred dollars more expensive. Being 16, I wanted a good, aggressive looking tire and I feel like I definitely got it.

Within the next few months I will be doing that.. installing the body lift was one of the first things I did to the truck before paint or anything else really and that's when I purchased the diamond plate. My toolbox is black so I definitely need to change it soon, it's just really hard only being 16 and having a minimal budget. But every dollar I have made in the past 8 months or so has gone into making this truck what it is.

i know how this goes... i'm 20 and paying for Ole Miss... and only working part time. with a tank of gas a week and food, there really aint a lot left. you could probably paint that diamond plate if you prep it right.

I know it's possible, but the money I would spend on a pint of paint and hardener (50 dollars ) and the price of etch primer, plus me taking the time to do it, it would be worth it just to buy a new one.

I just did this for my toolbox, that's how I know the prices. My dad has managed a collision center for the past 25 years and knows most of the paint reps pretty well, so I get things cheaper through him luckily.
