My idea of a Shelby Ranger if there would have been one.

Thanks for posting after I ordered another belt!

Oh well, there's nothing quite like lessons learned first hand!

That thing is going to be a dog with the PS disconnected to drive... Isn't it?

True on lessons... I'm still learning em first hand!

It shouldn't be too bad too drive. I can always put the belt back on if I need to

I'm goning to go shopping at the local pull a part soon for a rear end. If I can't find one then I might take you up on that offer.... I am glad to hear you got the tag! Post up a pic when you get it mounted on...

Will do, I took my left over domed emblem from my Cloud-Rider grill insert mod and put it over the Chrysler LLC logos:D It actually fits in that spot pretty good.

I'll have to see how long it will be before install my new gears. Not sure what I'm going to do next, I got the transmission serviced and there was a significant amount of brass sediment in the bottom of the pan. Got it filled up with a 24 oz. bottle of Lucas trans fix and it seemed to help the harsh reverse engagement so we'll see what happens. A shift kit is definitely in the cards.

I love the style you are going for. The only suggestion I would suggest you be crystal headlamps/corners or atleast clear corners, or if you really feel gutsy, black headlights/corners. That would give a more modern style that you seem to be going for. Also LOVE the pic. with the B1, it's one of my fav. bombers. I think that bird looks beautiful just sitting still.

ford would never have put black heads/corners on, which is the look he is going for... clear would look good, as long as they aren't those super euro looking dumb ones... personally, i like the contrast with the white heads, and orange marker/corners... it really breaks it up and doesn't pull your eye to the one clear/silver/white blob on the front...

Thank you Sir! I was more so going for old school look so the black lights wouldn't fit my vision.. That bomber is a beautiful bird but the SR71 is my fav plane...

I couldn't have said it better myself.. I wanted depth to the truck and I think keeping the lighting stock did just that...

lol, ford wouldn't do black lights on that truck, especially not in the era that it was built... and it's just too globby, like euro lights on a red vehicle... red tails look wicked on red trucks!

i do like night shaded tails on black trucks though!

Go clear lamps, and get black tint light covers for the front and back, similar to the ones on concept cars.

And maybe mirrors off of a Shelby Charger

I had a set of the covers on my 89.. Great for show but not good to drive with them on. One of mine came off when I hit the brakes and It got ran over

So I lined up the tag on my truck today at lunch, I think I'm going to mount it under my guard in the middle:D

Use plexy-glue to hold them on, or a magni-mount
