They're a hair metal parody band who just happens to be extremely talented. they named the band Dream Evil after Dio's album because they all liked his music so much.


and now it's gone full circle, their guitarist, "Gus G" now plays guitar for Ozzy who as we all know was replaced by Dio in Black Sabbath.

He's got an attitude, for sure......but if I could play like him, I might develop one as well. I saw him open for AC/DC long ago in TX. Got some of his DVDs, too. He just stands there, like he's not even trying.....and this awesome sound comes out of that Strat.

I read some stuff on him that said his unique sound and technique comes from his scalloped fret boards, if you've ever noticed them. Did you know the day he first picked up a guitar was the day Hendrix died? He has a pretty cool story if you're ever interested in reading about him. He also uses the Stratocaster in honor of Hendrix, and I believe they are the same color as his (I think Hendrix played a lefty version though).

When I saw him with Dio, he was way into flipping the guitar around his head. I thought it was kinda cheesy, but the crowd sure liked it.

Nice, I like it. The singers voice resembles Timo Kotipelto's of Stratovarius.
