Yeah, I was studying those pix and it does look a bit low in the back, any idea what could cause that?

Our body styles are a bit deceiving. The front wheel well is actually cut out more than the rear and makes it look that way. Measure from the ground to the pin stripe on the front and rear. That will give you a better idea.

The rear end is running about 42 and 1/2 inches. the right front is like 41" and the left front is 40". I think I have a suspension problem lol.

Probably just a worn coil. But you see the rear is actually a bit higher.

Probably cuz ive got worn ball joints. Im having some front suspension workk done tomorrow. Hopefully it will even things up.

generally the coil spacers for the front are called a "leveling kit". they are meant to lift the front to level it with the rear. on the explorers/bronco 2's/rangers it will put the front a little bit higher than the rear most of the time though so it doesnt really level it it adds more. the best for flex on a cheap lift is finding shackles. an add a leaf will be pretty stiff

Ok so shackles and spacers it is.

Any ideas on how to cover the holes from where the side skirts were? Ive gotta ger those holes covered before the snow hits.

Ok so ive decided on shackles and coil spacers for my lift for now. My tire shoop wont touch the ttb suspension in the front so i gotta do this on my own. What exactly do the shackles accomplish with a lift and what amt of difficulty are they to install?

Here are some extended ones on an Ex. Pretty self explanatory. Just make sure you get some for an Ex.

Holy crap thats huge! I wonder how big a lift that is. Im only looking to go 2 to 3 inches, enough to clear for bigger tires. Do i have to remove the shocks?

No, but you may want to look at longer ones.

This is what I would do, get the 60.00 axle flip kit, that will give you about 4" lift in back, then do the washer spacer lift on the front from the tech page, that will give you 2" in front, and then just go with the 32's and be done, that is the cheapest way to go.

you might end up with a little forward rake, but it would look alot nicer then dragging your tail.
