It does not have the ground clearance mine does, which I NEED. I hope they do not except me to pull a 25kW or 50kW generator with it. Some of my co workers are getting 1500 Silverado's that might be able to pull them. We had the right truck for the job but they are trying to save money on fuel I guess.

Well, when it breaks, they can take all that money they saved on fuel and put it towards repairs.
But it is very true. My Ranger sits higher than either of the Chevy trucks.

I barely get 15mpg in my truck. 22 highway. Mine does idle a lot, gotta keep my computer cool/warm.
It idles rough, the sheet metal is paper thin, and mine has battery issues, may be related to my power inverter. The battery cost 180 bucks plus install. We're not allowed to work on them. Not that I'd allow my tools to touch a chevy.

I really love the no acceleration thing too. I am not trying to bash Chevy in any manner here. I just needed a place to vent a little on not being able to do my job properly. I got away from the do more with else I thought but I guess in this economy there has to be a little more take than give.
