i just invested a shitload of spare time here and there over three days reading this.


hope you keep the 35. errr....35ish


what did frank do for gears?.....cause i would think he would be disappointed going from 488 to 456 if cruise rpm was too high to keep tire size within reason...some axles can get 430 gears which are sweet for 35's and overdrive trans...but 410's tend to be the best for cruising if 488's are too much.
and planting the flowers is ...well your a fag ...though the reasons of keeping vagrants out are valid....



might want to put a bead roll on the fender lips....a cool cost effective hf tool. unless your never gonna work with sheet metal again...


Atlanta sucks to drive through most parts of the day. last time i was through a fine young southern bell relocated my rear axle a little bit for me....after a few hours i had it back on the road

cops in ga definatly care about fenderwells and tire coverage especially if you have yankee plates.


cant wait to see the bed completion.




as to the hf/princess type bender.....


tube kinker yes.

pipe kinker .... no.

quality pipe properly sized works great. repeating bends perfectly...

thanks man, its been alot of work but its starting to come togather slowly..

franks never has changed his gears...but the 488's with 33's puts him at 3K at 75

the front fenders are ok. they flex a little but over all still pretty rigid...im going to end up bashing them in anyways so when i go exo im ditching them

yea the bender will do fine for other stuff but when it comes to something im wanting to rely on in a rollover...ill stay with the tube bender fast accurate and repeatable bends

i got that bender, tested it out by making a frame for a snocross seat for a buddy, worked awesome. and thanks for the idea of the cupholders in the halfdoors lol
