Dang, that is badass. Be sure to make a build thread for it, I'd love to see the progress.

Sweet, what's the engine code in that one? Keep us posted on the progress.

Oh man thats for sure workable, good score. Whats all on the tag on the shock tower? :icon_thumby:

It's an M code 351.

I started gutting out the interior.

Went from this...

And proof that it was a true barn find....
Hell Yeah!!!!!

And yes, I will start a build thread.

You mucky dog! Only issue I see with it is that it appears to be a slushbox.

Other than that, it looks good. You gonna keep the black/red color sceme that came with it?

I *bleeping* hate you.
j/k Great find. I miss my 69 Stang. It was my first born child.

I wish it was a stick too...but I figured it's kind of a rare find as it is, and it'll be worth the effort in restoring.

And yes, I plan on keeping it the same color as it is.

You might consider getting a Marti Report on it to see some of the interesting items your car came with. There are several good books on restoring the Mustangs if you haven't found them yet. Looks like someone's project, looks in pretty good shape. Lots of times them floor boards are shot and the fenderwells gone. Ought to keep you busy and out of trouble!
