Hell you know how builds go. It will be an ongoing project!! 4 weeks to road worthy!!! When the pic shows up with her doing a big smokey burn out she is ready for the road!!

My buddy got the VW for free Saturday.. We are using it to build a rail buggy. The Bug on a BII frame sporting a BB460 with full width SAS and 44s would be somethin!
Not sure what but somethin..

I was thinking of some thing like a 4.0 in the back of mated to the vw tranny. you would have to add wieght to the front to hold it down.

I bet a 4.0 would twist and snap every piece in a VW tranny!!

I've seen a few 350's bolted to them, but they turn the trans around so the motor is where the back seat is suppose to be.

Got the stuff to do a spray in bed liner today along with the gun to spray it.. Not sure when I am gonna spray it in.. Need to soon though cause it will hold up progress...
