If I did it like that the letters would be really small.. the lip isn't as deep as it looks.. the weight of the bumper on the blocks of wood made it look deeper.. Does look kinda cool though.

haha, well when i go back to my dads ill dig around and try to find the pix i took durring the salvage of the motor, it is a stock car though so there arent many pics of it, nonethe less just the motor. but ill try

I posted in the parts needed forum and i may as well post here too.. I am looking for a set of tan XLT door panels with manual windows. If anyone has them let me know a price.. the PO of my truck cut the speaker grills to put bigger speakers in...

Explorer ones won't fit anyway. The door panel goes up further right at the mirror than the Ranger ones do.

No huge deal bud. I have a free pass Saturday at a JY here in ga.. I can have for free anything I want... I have no idea what will be there as far as the Rangers go but maybe I will get lucky... It will be my first time going there... I thought the 90s Ranger / Explorers shared the same door panel since it is the same door...

I think what comes to the door panels the Explorers really are different but the B2 are the same. I could be wrong but I just spent 3 weekends at different JYs until I found the inside door handle that fitted my 92. Found it from a B2. Apparently its a popular part since I found over 10 rangers with it missing.

Your Ranger is the exact same color as the one my 4.0 came from..I'd paint it for ya if I had time.. the last all over kick ass job I did was well over 5 grand on a Jeep Comanchee Where in Ga are ya? I am thinking on getting some intakes and polish them to sell but they would be expensive unless I come up with a quicker way to do them.. No kidding it is a ton of work.. I am still learning what years fit other years on some parts...

what would a sand blaster useing soda or some other medium do to one (intake), I would try, but I don't have a sand blaster yet.

Your Ranger is the exact same color as the one my 4.0 came from..I'd paint it for ya if I had time.. the last all over kick ass job I did was well over 5 grand on a Jeep Comanchee Where in Ga are ya? I'm still learning what fits what too. Usually the hard way... Last drawback was after my fender bender I went and got a new fender and front bumper from pull-a-part. The fender fits great but apparently between 91 and 92 they changed the bumper brackets. needless to say I threw away my old brackets with the bent bumper so I had to do some drilling. I'm currently looking for rear bumper so if you happen to have one give me a shout. I'm at Roswell so on a good traffic day only 35 minutes away.

I have a chrome rear bumper with brackets... I work in Smyrna right off 285 and South Cobb..I think that is closer to Roswell??? Not sure on the front brackets being different.. Prepping one for paint sucks huh?
