To make wrecking-crew happy just put in the good ol' SBC, paint the valve covers FoMoCo blue and stencil on a white oval logo. Problem solved

Have you checked the timing?thanx for dbl-checking on me....yep....not only did i do the timing check(which was at 35*!!!), but i rotated the disty both ways to see if there was a sweet spot(which was at 20* with the shorting bar unplugged)

I found a eec/ecm/emc2 test book at the liberry....I'll test the ee...computer in the morning to see if it's fried....since all the sensors tested good yesterday....

Yep.....the stragedegy...straydogey....thing is....to conceal the rear mounted distributor to trik the die-hard fomoco guys.....being from the New Orleans area, I figured one of these over the distributor would be appropriate:





Then, to draw attention away from Da Bag....I would JB weld a fomoco distributor near the water pump by sawing the lowereererer part of the shaft off....

But first.....I;m waitin on some pics of sbc motor mounts installed, so the chevy part of my wittle brain can start processing the info.....
