My engine is making this noise. I have a few hundred miles to drive tomorrow and so far it's running strong and sounds fine. Is this normal engine noise, lifters ticking, or a timing belt that badly needs changed?

thats not a belt.

but if it gets hungry enough...it will eat itself.

I even know it's a chain and still said belt. Like a belt would make that noise. Is it the timing chain I'm hearing though?

It doea sound rattley. Unless its just the video.

The squeek is probably one of the accessories or the idler pulley

yes. there are guides and hydraulic tensioners. the hydraulic tensioners are diy shade tree doable. not expensive if you do them before the guides get their asses whooped and cracked.
