what’s up everybody? This is my first ever post in a forum and I’m not sure how to go about this but I’ll just jump right in.

I have a 4.0 sohc with the moddbox supercharger kit and I want to know y’all’s solutions or suggestions for methanol injection. I was going to go the intercooler route but their website says they’re completely out of stock and I’ve been checking for a little over 11 months now. I’m running their 3psi pulley they send you with the kit but I wanted to get the bigger injectors and meth injection before I pull the trigger on that.

any advice or part numbers would be greatly appreciated!

I went thru this with mine before I decided to swap the motor entirely.
My conversations with him were basically water/meth is the most cost effective way to control temps, and that he would no longer be offering the intercooler. I wanted to do an intercooler because the truck is a baja chase, and one less fluid to carry with was important to me. I did end up getting the dimensions for the end caps for the intercooler and had a set made, but I never got around to getting a core welded for it.
Best of luck on your search for more info.

Do you happen to have those dimensions? Because I have the capabilities to weld aluminum and would love to give it a whirl

Sure thing, here is what buddy at moddbox gave me.

Dude you’re a legend!! I’m gonna get on this as soon as I can, and hopefully my welds are good lol.

I've got a set of end caps already made if you want them. I stalled out trying to find the core.
