I've come to understand for myself when I lose a good bit of weight for a time I then hit a wall/barrier.
( I think this wall/barrier is common for most people. )
At that point I myself need to eat More and be more active as well.
However my biggest problem is that I don't eat right or enough to start with.
I tend to only eat once or twice a day.
I've learned that the quicker I eat something once I wake up the better off I am. I believe it has something to do with kicking your metabolism into function.
When my body doesn't get enough calories it tends to go into survival mode and store all the fat from everything I eat and therefore I get fatter.
I know and understand that I don't eat enough fruit and vegetables and that's another downfall I have. I eat a lot of meat, cheese, bread, potatoes and I drink a lot of Coca-Cola, a lot of milk, some sweetened tea and some Gatorade. Believe It or not Gatorade has a lot of sugar in it too.
A long time ago they said that fat from meats was bad for you. Nowadays fat is considered an okay thing. I find that fat is flavor and moisture. I truly like fat when it comes to my meats.
As for sugar it in moderation it is okay. But if you consume as much of it as I do coca-cola, sweeten tea and Gatorade it's not good for you.
I'm sure everybody knows all this I'm just blabbing.
I can sit here and tell you guys all the things I do wrong. But I don't do anything to correct my bad habits.
I'm a lazy procrastinator who gets stuck in my own ruts and doesn't do anything to change things.
Suffering from depression all my life does not help anything at all.
It works against me.
Okay I figured you guys are tired of reading what I'm putting in this post.
I'm done for now.
