Where can i get 2 new tabs and 2 new screws for my third brake light

I noticed my 2 screws kept turning and wouldn't tighten completley so i need 2 new tabs and i have a feeling once i get 2 new tabs there will be no water that leaks into my 3rd brake light assembly.

I would like a link where i can buy 2 new tabs and 2 new screws.

If they are still available. You can probably get them from ford,

How far down did you try to tighten them? If you tried to overdo it, you probably cracked the lens on the light and hence your water problem, you don't have to kill those screws, they just need to be snug
