TRS Event TRS 25th Anniversary Fall Adventure - Land Between The Lakes - September 5th – 8th, 2024

Duh, I thought the meeting place was in the state park somewhere. I’m not much of a camper, Didn’t understand that the KOA was the actual center of gravity. Too late to change my reservation, and all they have left is the big cabins anyway.

See you guys on Friday

Where is everyone?!

Where is everyone?!

Sitting in Middle GA wishing that I'd still made the trip even without the Ranger. Still chasing bugs with the new engine so no way it would have made it, but I've got another truck and car that could have.

Man, that already looks like a nice camping spot and you've hardly shown any of the area. Too late to change my mind now, can't take off work this close and in the middle of doing other stuff around the house that I don't want to walk away from..

Reading through @Rick W's last few posts, I'm starting to wonder if I should have carpooled and been navigator for him. I don't think the jump seats in the Road Ranger would have been very comfortable and I imagine the passenger seat was already claimed by his four legged navigator.

Everyone heading that way, have a safe journey, lots of fun, and post plenty of pics for those of us that aren't going.

THANK YOU!’

I’m thinking that I’m leaving at eight or nine in the morning, which would put me there at 1 pr 2 plus or minus on Friday

If there’s anyone heading up 75 from Atlanta and then 24 from Chattanooga who wants to tag team, let me know

We are leaving at 7 in the morning. As long as the traffic around the couple cities we have to circumvent is decent, we should be there by 5. Though, if I remember correctly, Lexington was a mess last year.

Hey, it’s not too late! Standard cab, so no jump seats, but Lincoln would be happy to sit on the armrest or in your lap and he would probably only lick your nose for four hours out of the five

Ah... you're taking "The Missing Linc".

Thanks, but I'm going to pass. It really is too late. If I'd notified my boss last week, I'd have taken the whole week off. I'm not going to call him now and bail on the remainder of the week. Besides, and no offense to you, I wouldn;t enjoy getting off somewhere like that and not having my own ride. Maybe if my two wheeler were still on the road we could hook up a trailer, but it's been parked for about a decade and would probably take more time and money than my Ranger to make right.

On the way to LBL.

A little trimming to avoid paint damage. Robbie Mangrum and SnoRanger.
