My daughter is still too young… my wife is too (nevermind, she might see this).


Keep it up. I’ve gone swimming in my pool 3 times now. I’ll post pics of my “swimmers body”.

Hooked up the wife's rear led tail light plate that goes behind the spare on the wrangler and makes it look like the spare tire has a brake light in it.

Bbq'd chicken and beef sausage for dinner.

We have to go see a guy the wife and i have worked with since he joined the engine iverhaul shop around 08. He got colon cancer and it spread so much it couldnt be stopped. He went home from hospice this morning and said he would like everyone from work to come see him tonight to say good bye since he thinks he wont make it to much more. His kidneys shut down already and who knows what else but he lost about 100 of his 150 pounds in the last couple weeks.

His wife said she will provably go back to peru with their son. She said she doesnt have anyone or anything here in america. I feel bad for them

Was out wheeling today and got attacked by a once thought extinct species of Dinosaur!!!

As I was trying to get a pic the Salamander kept crawling under the Bronco further so my buddy had to keep moving forward so I could get the pic. He musta really liked that TRX4's rock lights or something.

Mountain House is having another sale on select bits of their freeze dried 'apocalypse food'.. so I ordered some more

The sales they run are pretty hefty.. everything I've ordered from them has been 40-50% off. Definitely worth waiting for sales.

...if their ice cream sandwiches ever go on sale.. I'm leaving none left for anyone yuuuuum. Anything to keep moral up while I'm 'left below' dealing with heathens

If you see another sale let me know, I need to stock some up for a canoe trip I'm planning this winter.

that thing is huge?

yesterday after eating, someone sent me son pictures of some trucks rolled over on the bridge to the island by our house. looking at them, they kind of look like his two best friend's trucks. he starts calling and checking the apple phone locator deal and that is exactly where his friend's phones pin to. someone calls him and tells him that it is indeed lane and wade's trucks that rolled on the two lane bridge.

they both have dodge diesels. one is a 3/4 ton 4 door and one is a 1 ton four door.

so he heads over and wade is ok. he was able to get out and is sitting with the paramedics. lane and his girfriend were pinned in the cab of the truck because when it flipped, the cab caved in. jarrod said all you could hear was sceaming. the fire department had to carry the jaws of life 1/4 mile through traffic to the truck so jarrod saw the truck being cut open. he said lane's girlfriend came right out because the passenger area had alot more room and she was smaller. lane is a big guy, 6'1" and kind of stocky built. they immediately put him on a stretcher and took off because he was crunched into the seating area.

luckily, all the kids are ok though. they said lane was fine, just bruising and going to be sore. wade was fine, and lane's girlfriend are find. their trucks are both totaled, unfortunately. lane's truck, he has had since he got his driver's license and he had lots of money building it up. sucks, because he won't get anything back for an old dodge with huge lift and 44 inch tires. wade's truck he just bought about two months's ago. it was used but new to him. i think it was a 16 model.

but, everyone is alive and unhurt.

Do you know what caused it? Was it wind on the bridge, or did they bump into each other, or some third-party getting their way? I noticed two tires were off on the one truck.

turns out, from the dash cam in lane's truck, wade changed lanes and clipped the front of lane's truck which turned wade into the concrete barrier and rolled him over, sideways. lane got pushed to the right lane and his truck came back fast hitting the concrete divider and immediately rolling over, also.

I WAS going to work on the '90 Ranger tonight since I have everything on hand but just wasn't feeling it so I grabbed a stiff drink and jumped on the mower and did that for a few hours... I got within 45 minutes of all the riding mower work done so that's good... annoyingly I found that there's a mole that's hanging out by the apple trees so I get to attempt to trap that bastage... I hate trapping moles, much rather deal with gophers... it's at least active enough now that I should be able to get it unlike the one I normally deal with...

Got most of the exhaust for the ranger melted together on Sunday. The titanium welder works awesome.. however.. the suggested wire/heat settings for this guage of stainfree pipe didn't work at all lol. Needed a bit more wire and a bit less heat.

It's been awhile since I've done any welding, especially butt welds.. but I did good enough for my liking.

Really Hate welding round crap though it would be nice to have one of those auto rotating jigs to make suff like this way easier

I ripped out the wall between the walk in closet and the unfinished storage area behind it in the new house.

The closet is now 19.5’ x 9.5’. The closet is now bigger than one of the bedrooms in my other house.
