I picked up a new backup battery for my camera and pair of 128GB memory cards. I should be good for about 20k pics or so.

let see… 11 pics per second (50 before you hit the memory lag), .5 seconds per pic after lag point. I’ll probably run out of battery before I run out of memory.

I'll work on getting the truck washed and packed up for the trip this coming week. Most of the packing is easy. Make sure I have enough clothes and grab the Search and rescue bag for the tent, sleeping bag, and so on.

Weather forecast looks good, so far. Temps in mid 80's during the day and 60's at night. Not bad camping weather. I would prefer cooler nights. But this isn't bad. A bit of a chance for rain on Friday. Again, doesn't look too bad right now.
